Indoor and outdoor spaces adaptable to a range of gatherings, with or without bowling. There’s space for up to 250 people (or 180 if seated).

BAR AND CATERING
All drinks need to be purchased through us, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for your barefoot bowling event, or function. There is NO option for BYO for your function. Your function is welcome to open a bar tab on the day of the event. Please note, it is the responsibility of the card holder to manage the account of the tab.
All tabs must be fully settled at the conclusion of your function.
Caulﬁeld Park has a full kitchen facilities including crockery, cooking facilities and a dishwasher. We have several caterers who have been involved in functions that have been arranged at the club or previous functions have catered for themselves. Whatever you needs ask and we are only too happy to assist or give advice.
Function Room Hire Fees
All prices are subject to change without notice and are current only at the time of publication. Any changes in pricing will be advised directly to the client.
The Hirer may also be subject to additional costs if the date is during December, on a Sunday trading day or on a public holiday.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Conﬁrmation of the number of guests attending your function and catering arrangements should be provided 14 days prior to the event. Other arrangements such as decorating details, external AV setup and other event planning aspects are the responsibility of the Hirer, and are not a service provided by the Club.
All decorations must be approved by management prior to the function and must be fully removed at its conclusion.
Live entertainment and DJ’s must be approved by management and must conform to venue noise levels.
The client is fully responsible for any and all damage to club property during its function. A fully refundable $500 deposit is required prior to each function.
Management reserves the right to end any function and or eject any guest not conforming to acceptable behavior standards.
A $500 deposit is required to secure your function. Should you cancel your event within 7 days of the booked date, the deposit is non refundable.
We do not accept tentative bookings from October through to February. Bookings are confirmed when both a deposit payment of 50% of the total function cost has been processed by the Clubs Treasurer, and a completed & signed Hall Hire Agreement form has been received.
No ‘tentative’ bookings can be made; no areas or rinks will be held in reserve without a deposit.
Deposits are at the discretion of the events coordinator depending on booking details but may never be higher than $150/$200 (except for the Clubroom or Marquee, Deck and Bar). For all Rink Hire reservations of ten or more people, CPSC requires a $150 deposit ($200 for functions booked in December). The deposit goes towards your booking/final payment and does not get refunded at the end of your booking, as it essentially pays for a hire fee.
Final numbers are to be confirmed and any payments outstanding settled no later than 14 working days prior to the event during October through to February. At the discretion of management, functions booked for March through to September may be confirmed and paid no later than 7 working days prior to the event.
After making final payments the booking can only be transferred but not refunded unless arrangements are made with management. All deposits are non-refundable unless discussed with management and a different outcome is reached.
– All confirmed and paid Rink and Area/Room hire come with a 7 day rescheduling policy.

– All bookings are non-refundable after 7 days
– Caulfield Park Sports Club does not refund bowling cancellations based on weather forecasts prior to the booking date.
– If patrons are unable to bowl at the time of their booking due to inclement weather and this is confirmed by CPSC management, patrons are eligible for a bowling refund which will be organised the next business day with Event staff only. All refunds incur an administration fee of 10% . The Hirer may also choose to transfer bowling to another date.
– Patrons may transfer their booking to another date up to 7 days prior to the booking date.
– Transferred functions may not be assigned the area(s) originally requested depending on availability.
– The Hirer may also be subject to additional costs if the transfer date is during December, on a Sunday trading day or on a public holiday.
**N.B. Inclement weather is defined as a washed out green from moderate to heavy rainfall and determined at the time and day of the booking only and not prior to.
If bookings are cancelled before 7 days prior and final payment has been made then the refund of the payment will be made minus the deposit. .
Refunds are up to management’s discretion.
Deposit payments are processed using the payment details given on this form and bookings are only confirmed once this has been received.
Full payment for the booking is required 14 days prior to the booking. We will endeavour to contact you, but in the event it is not possible the credit card given will be charged.
The Hirer booking the function is responsible for ensuring the orderly behaviour of their guests. The Club and security reserve the right to intervene at its discretion and to close down the function if required. All guests are to abide by the Club’s Conditions of Entry and Liquor License Laws.
